Premier League quartet want Scott - Sunday's gossip

The summer transfer window is heating up with some serious jockeying for talent. Bournemouth's 22-year-old midfielder Alex Scott has caught the eye of four of England's biggest clubs — Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea are all reportedly keen on the English midfielder, suggesting a genuine battle could unfold for his signature.

Elsewhere, Arsenal have decided to cash in on Belgian forward Leandro Trossard, agreeing to sell the 31-year-old to Turkish outfit Besiktas for around £17 million. The move frees up resources for the Gunners' own business. Over at Old Trafford, Kobbie Mainoo continues to attract overseas interest, with Real Madrid monitoring the 21-year-old English midfielder as they look to bolster their engine room. However, Manchester City have made it clear that Ruben Dias is off-limits — the Portuguese defender, 29, will not be leaving the Etihad this summer despite interest from Real Madrid and others.

Defenders are in demand across the board. Chelsea's Trevoh Chalobah, 26, has caught Como's attention with the Italian side preparing a bid in the region of £30 million. Meanwhile, Roma are accelerating their pursuit of Marseille's Mason Greenwood, with the English forward's valuation sitting around £38.5 million. West Ham, too, are eyeing moves, with Everton's Dwight McNeil on their radar as they seek to add width to their squad.

Several high-profile names continue to generate rumours further afield. Atletico Madrid are preparing a fresh offer for Sporting's midfielder Morten Hjulmand after a previous £30 million bid was rejected, while PSG know they'll need to dig deep to land Julian Alvarez from Atletico. In other moves, former Netherlands defender Daley Blind is closing in on a return to Ajax after his stint at Girona.
